1.INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
ILIMIT COMUNICACIONS SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. Planned processing operations include:
- Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means (current or future). These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and related to its products/services or partners/providers with promotional agreements. Third parties will never access personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, or queries submitted by the USER via contact forms on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions from the CONTROLLER.
Legal basis for processing:
Under Article 6 of GDPR:
- USER consent: Sending commercial communications, newsletters, and recruitment processes.
- Legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: Market research, statistical analysis, and processing orders/requests upon USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the processing purpose or while legal obligations require storage. After this period, data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or total destruction.
Who do we share your data with?
No data will be shared with third parties except: legal obligations, service providers related to communications (under confidentiality and data processor agreements as per regulations).
Your rights:
The USER may:
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Access, rectify, port, delete data, or restrict/oppose processing.
- File a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if processing violates applicable law.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, the USER expressly, freely, and unequivocally accepts that their data are necessary to process their request. The CONTROLLER will indicate which data are required to provide an optimal service. If these data are not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services offered will fully meet the USER's needs.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for processing personal data under its responsibility, particularly adhering to the principles outlined in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect USERS' rights and freedoms and has provided them with adequate information to exercise these rights.
4. APP PERMISSIONS
The ILIMIT mobile app may request permissions to access certain device features to properly deliver services:
- Camera: To allow the user to capture images or videos from the app and calculate their digital fingerprint, required for the provision of contracted services.
- Microphone: To record audio if the user chooses to record videos or voice memos from the app for certification via their digital fingerprint under the contracted service.
- Storage/files: To save images, videos, voice recordings, or documents generated by the app or uploaded by the user to the device.
Documents captured or managed by the app will not leave the device and will never be transferred to ILIMIT or third parties without the user's explicit consent. The app's management of these documents is technically necessary to calculate each document's digital fingerprint, which is essential for certification.
The use of these permissions is strictly limited to the described functionality.
The legal basis for processing these data is user consent, which can be revoked at any time through device settings or by uninstalling the app.
